Diabetes


Diabetes is the word which is danger if it comes to your body. It is the disease from which you must care something which is essential for you. First you test your blood and urine in a good laboratory and also consult with good doctor. Diabetes are divided into two types mainly, Type-1 and Type-2. Type-1 diabetes related to insulin and type-2 diabetes related to non-insulin. If you comes in type-1 category, you need insulin to control your blood sugar level.

Most of people affected with type-2 diabetes and it is shown in old people mostly. Gestational Diabetes is one which comes during pregnancy period. You can control diabetes if you care properly. Here some tips are given which control your diabetes to increase and maintain your blood sugar level.

Tips to prevent diabetes:
1. You must test your blood and urine at least six to seven times in a year in good  laboratory.
2. Take regular medicines which is prescribed by a doctor.
3. To maintain diabetes, you should control your weight if you are over- weight.
4. Walk at least half an hour daily in the morning time. Walking is good to avoid diabetes.
5. Try to drink water as much as you can.
6. You must avoid some foods which is sweet or includes more sugar.
7. Eat meals, fruits and vegetables with proper planning.
8. Change your shoes after some period of time which also affect diabetes. 
9. Avoid some vegetables, grains and fruits like beans, potatoes, wheat, mangoes, sugarcane, bread, pastry, banana etc.
